Terms of Service

RidgeMark sells brand-name overstock, closeout, and returned merchandise. Each item is inspected and listed with a condition grade (New with Tags, Open Box, or Like New), explained on our Quality Check page. Product photos and descriptions are provided to help you decide; please review the condition grade and details before you buy.

RidgeMark is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands we sell unless we say so.

Prices are in US dollars. Our inventory changes constantly and most items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before your order is completed. Prices and availability can change without notice.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it’s placed.

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify and its payment processors. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may limit or cancel orders, for example to prevent fraud or resale, and we’ll refund any payment for a cancelled order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use. The RidgeMark name, logo, and site content belong to RidgeMark. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.

The site may link to other websites, such as our eBay feedback page. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Apart from the commitments in our Shipping & Returns policy and any rights you have by law that can’t be excluded, the site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, RidgeMark is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after it is posted.
